The winery's special wine is the result of an exceptional 2015 vintage and is a tribute to Ana, the "matriarch" of the winery. It is made with Treixadura fermented in steel and Godello in cold prefermentative film maceration, followed by barrel fermentation with battonage work. The wine is bottled without tartaric stabilization. This wine has a golden yellow color with a green border. It needs oxygenation to reveal the ripe aromas of pear and stone fruit. When agitated in a glass, it gives off an aniseed aroma and a pastry scent from the lees, along with a subtle note of beeswax, characteristic of the Treixadura. The palate offers a broad and unctuous wine, with a delicate bitter finish that provides a very long aftertaste.
